Policies
It is our goal to provide excellent food for your events in a timely manner and to create a memorable experience. We understand 3M’s expectations; an easy ordering process, delicious and nutritious meals, delivered on time, without fail. Please look over our policies that will help to ensure we meet your expectations. If you have questions on events that require some extra planning, please reach out to us.
Please place your orders 48 hours in advance. We understand that there will be times when things come up and are unplanned. In these cases, we will work with you. If you are placing an order in less than 48 hours, you will be subject to a late fee ($100) and some items may require substitutions. For lunch, we will offer a “chef’s choice” meal ($25) for any orders that are received in less than 48 hours. If you have a dietary restriction, you may request that at the time you order.

There is no charge for a cancellation made 48 hours ahead of your orders. Cancellations made 48 hours ahead of your event are subject to charges on items ordered. Any cancellations less than 48 hours of your event will be fully charged.
There is no charge/fee for changes made to the number of guests attending if changes are made ahead of 48 hours of the event. Any changes within 48 hours of the time of your event, will incur a fee ($100) and may require substitutions.
Room changes are sometimes unavoidable, and we understand that it happens. However, room changes put a strain on delivery schedules. Any changes in rooms on the day of delivery, will incur a fee ($100.)
Specific bakery items need to be ordered 72 hours in advance. This includes cakes, cupcakes, specialty desserts and any specific pastry you would like. Please contact Catering Manager for all cake orders.
We encourage you take any leftover food in your own containers. Please leave any vessels or utensils in that location of delivery. You will be charged ($50) for each item that is missing at the time we come to pick up.
